Some of the workshops build on each other, but it's not necessary to attend the entire workshop. However, we expect that you have the necessary knowledge for each workshop. You can bring your own ropes or rent one on site.

The topic of the workshop will be published approximately one month before the workshop. Registration will be possible as soon as the topic is confirmed.

There's no dress code for the workshops, but we recommend comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. Sportswear, for example, is ideal. Tight jeans, cargo pants, or thick hoodies can be a hindrance, making it difficult to feel the ropes or position them precisely on your body, and they can also be uncomfortable when we're practicing while seated on exercise mats. If you like, you can also enjoy the ropes on bare skin or in combination with fetish clothing.

Bondage is a "contact sport," and we recommend that you register with someone you enjoy having (physical) contact with. You can also register alone, but in that case, we cannot guarantee that you'll be able to relax and let yourselves be bound together if you've just met.
