Breath control is a dangerous game, and tops should know what they're doing, and bottoms should know what they're getting into. Therefore, we offer a free workshop on this topic for anyone interested, providing a comprehensive overview of the various types of breath control. Participants will have many opportunities to practice what they've learned in the workshop under supervision and gain their own experience. We'll also inform you about the dangers that should not be underestimated.

Admission until 2:15 pm / ENGLISH BELOW Workshop on Pain Play & Breathing Breathing plays a central role in pain play. Depending on whether a pain impulse is applied during inhalation or exhalation, the pain can be perceived as more or less intense. The receiver has the opportunity to consciously adjust their own breathing. The giver, on the other hand, has the opportunity to consciously create pain with or against the receiver's breathing. A third option is to establish rules for the receiver's breathing. In this workshop, we will try out various variations through practical exercises to experience the effects that can be achieved through the conscious use of breath. Any toy that allows you to inflict pain in a particularly controlled and measured way is ideal for the exercises. Quälgeist also offers a wide range of impact tools for borrowing and trying out. The workshop is suitable for beginners and experienced participants alike. Participation is free of charge. Registration for the workshop is required.
